Decent place. Good pasta. Not great but good. The cream was on the heavy side and the olives seemed canned (too pungent). I got the salmon pasta and the wifey ordered the mushroom fettuccini. The tiramisu had too much cream. Way tooo much. The person serving us was quite friendly.

Authentic Italian. Great wine list. 9 out of ten. Lemonchello Cake outstanding. Our sever Gene really made us feel welcomed.

Had a very nice dinner for 8 of us. Food was amazing, choosing what to eat was difficult because there are so many dishes. Recomment.

Wed & Thurs 1/2 price bottles of wine was nice.....Service was outstanding, granted we were there when it opened.Food was generous with delicious Tuscan cuisine .....Really could not do better IMO.Enjoyed enough to stay for desert and cappuccino.

Excellent Italian foodDifferent than most.

Great neighborhood Italian spot, somewhat hidden from major roads. Variety between main menu and nightly specials. Quality ingredients and protiens, coupled with authentic preparation made for phenomenal flavors and balance. Service from our waiter, Gene, was personable, friendly, and genuine. He was colorful and enhanced our family dinner experience. He offered honest suggestions and went above and beyond to make our first visit memorable.Only suggestion would be for more wine by the glass options. Our first glass of chianti was a bit stale, but Gene made an excellent suggestion for our second glass that was much better.We will definitely be back! Favorite dish of the night was penne carrettiera, followed by the linguine diavola. The kids mac and cheese was rich abd definitely made from scratch.

The high reviews only confirm my hypothesis that people in Washington have no taste. The place is fancy, the staff are kind, and the atmosphere is as good as it get in the area. But the food is frozen dinner quality; at least the dish I ordered.I went with two other people and they had no complaints about their dishes but agreed that mine looked and tasted like something they could have made at home. I have spent time in Italy so maybe I'm biased.

My husband had the special, halibut wit mango sauce, it was so good. I had the pasta with ham, peas, aurora sauce. Excellent dinner and the staff is great.

Food was awesome! Waiter provided excellent service but was stuffy and somewhat rude. Do not let that stop you though, the food was awesome! Good decor, cozy.

I always love Calabria! The goat cheese, balsamic bruschetta is to die for. The owners are always so friendly and stop by to say hi, and it has a very quiet, family, local feel. Delicious food, good prices, and a relaxing environment. Thank you Calabria, keep it up!

Wow! Awesome first experience at Calabria. Server was really fun and knowledgeable with the perfect amount of attentiveness and space. Kids Mac was “mega bomb” according to my kids, my brothers Alfredo was spot on and my fettuccine boscaiola (sautéed mushrooms, artichoke hearts in a white cream sauce) with the addition of chicken was perfectly delightful. A lot of restaurants skimp when you add a protein which is tough when paying an extra $5-$12, but not Calabria. The chicken was plentiful! Tiramisu was awfully good as well. Definitely will go back and recommend to family and friends.

Decided to try it out and fell in love with it. The food is sooo good!! If you’re looking for something really fancy (look wise) , this might not be the place. But food is outstanding and service as well!

Went here for a small birthday dinner and had a wonderful time! Food was amazing, timing of service was great, and our server was lovely.

First time here. Very impressed by the server (Lisa) knowledge of the dishes and recommendations. Food were wonderfully flavourful. Though I don't understand half of the name and what I am eating but they excite my taste buds and satisfied my palate.

Love this little spot. The food is fantastic, classic Italian favorites and interesting specials. Service is wonderful, very attentive and friendly, but not bothersome. Half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays and Thursdays is a fun perk. Recommend for a quaint date night, lunch with friends or anything in between. Cozy, casual and unexpectedly good. Truffle burrata, jumbo tortellini, gorgonzola portobellos and anything with Aurora sauce is a win.

Perfect date night for me and my husband. We go back once a month and are never disappointed. Our waiter is very knowlegeable and passionate about his work. The food is our monthly celebration.
